To make it easier for you to register a business customer account, we have created a step-by-step video tutorial that will guide you through the registration process and clarify any open questions.
Of course we are also personally available for any questions and suggestions you may have.
Please note that we exclusively work with businesses.
2. Fill out the Form
Fill out the form completely. The following information will be inquired.
- Personal information (name, date of birth, e-mail address)
- Company details (name, VAT ID, address, telephone number)
- Secure password, consisting of at least
- 5 Characters
- 1 Capital letter (A – Z)
- 1 Digit (0 – 9)
- 1 Special characters (e.g. ! ” § $ % & / ( ) = ?)
If you live in the European Union or are subject to VAT, do not forget to inform us of your VAT ID.
3. Deliver Proof of your Business
To activate your customer account we require a business license (or other proof of your business existence). You may provide this via

After you have provided us with proof of your business, we will inform you in writing about the activation of your account. You can then log in with your specified e-mail address and password.
