Steel Gas Cylinders
The refillable steel gas cylinders have an integrated 80% filling stop with safety valve, which enables you to refuel when it is permanently installed in contrast to the conventional exchange or deposit system.
1. Gas cylinder with 3-point valve
The refillable gas cylinders are available in two different versions with capacities of 27 and 36 litres.
Both variants are equipped with a so-called 3-point valve technology. The three valves -80% filling stop valve, 27 bar overpressure valve, and extraction valve- are fixed in the three openings. This version has an integrated fill level indicator, which also allows the retrofitting of a remote display.
2. 30 litres gas cylinder with 80% filling stop multivalve
The modern safety valve, also known as multivalve, comprises all safety-relevant functions of individual valves in one. It includes a fuel gauge and the option of retrofitting a remote gauge. Thanks to its 1/2″ connection, the multivalve allows direct connection to a filling hose or a direct refuelling adapter. The extraction is made through a G.12 connection.
Thanks to ECE 67R homologation, the 10-year test period for the gas cylinder by the TÜV is no longer necessary.
The fixing points on the cylinder feet, together with the fixing screws supplied, allow an easy fixed installation, even in difficult space conditions in the gas box.
The pre-assembled collar can be easily removed by loosening three screws.
